No, Whispering Woods is an independent luxury farmhouse community project. We partner with StayVista for hospitality and leasing services, but we are not affiliated with Ram Rattan Group.
Residents can optionally participate in StayVista's hospitality program, which manages short-term rentals of their farmhouses when they are not in use, generating passive income while maintaining full ownership and control.
Whispering Woods is located in Naugaon, approximately 90 minutes from Gurgaon via the Delhi-Mumbai Expressway, offering easy weekend access while maintaining the tranquility of farmland living.
We offer two main configurations: 2.5 BHK farmhouses (starting Rs. 2 Cr) and 3.5 BHK farmhouses (starting Rs. 3.55 Cr). Each comes with premium amenities including private gardens, pools, and smart home features.
